A sewage backup rising in a basement floor drain, repeated backups every time the washer runs, or a foul smell in the yard that won't go away — sewer line problems escalate fast and rarely resolve on their own. Our Altamont sewer team camera-inspects before recommending any repair.
We show you the actual condition of the line via camera before discussing repair versus replacement.

A sewage backup gets priority dispatch since it's both a health concern and an active property damage risk.
These are the sewer line issues we see most across Altamont, IL, each requiring a different repair approach.
A waterproof camera is run the full length of the line to locate breaks, root intrusion, or bellied sections.
Lining is often viable for cracked or root-damaged pipe that hasn't fully collapsed.
Root removal alone sometimes isn't enough if roots have already cracked the pipe — we check both.
When a section has collapsed or is too damaged for lining, we replace it, minimizing excavation to the affected section where possible.
We prioritize stopping the active backup first, then diagnose the root cause afterward.
A maintenance plan on a problem main line can prevent repeat emergency calls.
Active backups get flagged for priority dispatch immediately.
